AUSTRALIAN RETURNS – TERMS & CONDITIONS
We only accept unworn returns from purchases made at full price on woolloomoolooshoes.com.au
Products must be returned in original condition and packaging. Any merchandise purchased from other retailers must be returned where purchased.
To lodge a return please email firstname.lastname@example.org and quote your order number and reason for return. Return postage costs are at the responsibility of the customer. All returns must be:
- must be unworn, unused, have all tags, and include the original packaging materials.
- must be returned in original packing with labels, etc.
Returns are not applicable on Special Price/ Final Sale items.
We are happy to exchange your purchase. Simply follow the instructions above and let our service team know what you would like to exchange the original purchase for. Please note, we cannot guarantee inventory will be available when you place your new order.
Depending on your financial institution, refunds normally post to your original form of payment within 1-5 business days after the date of processing. All refunds must be issued to the original form of payment – NO EXCEPTIONS. A store credit will be issued in lieu of a refund if the card is no longer active.
*Please note we do not refund any shipping charges.
RECEIVED INCORRECT ITEM
Please contact us directly at email@example.com if you received an incorrect item. We will process your return request as soon as possible.
If the correct item is available, we will ship the replacement once the wrong item has been received for return.
If the correct item is not available, either store credit or a refund will be issued once the returned merchandise is received and processed by our returns department (typically within 3-5 days of receipt of item). We are unable to issue any form of credit without confirmation of the return by our returns department.
Please note that we reserve the right to reject orders or suspend your account due to suspicious activity or abusive returns.
